The Cup Noodles Museum

Learn how to make your own ramen at the newly (September 2011) CUPNOODLES MUSEUM (formal name: Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum) in Yokohama Japan.

The wondrous man who dreamed up ramen and Cup Noodles is Momofuku Ando (1910-2007). 

He established Nissin Food Products and invented chicken ramen, the first instant ramen; then in 1971 went on to feed poor students everywhere with Cup Noodles, the world's first ramen served in a cup.
